Overview: my Facilities Team led an initiative to conduct a system-wide audit of wayfinding within the healthcare environment through partnership with a third party design agency with the goal of discovering a clearer wayfinding methodology. All teams involved participated in this effort by regularly providing feedback to the design agency.

My Role: Project Collaborator + Designer

Overview: request from a clinic asking for proposals to improve outdoor signage at their location. Visitors had difficulty locating the clinic entrance (made more complicated by a competitor clinic next door), and I assisted by providing ideas on where signs could be placed to improve the visitor and patient experience.
