Hello there, I’m Marta. I’m a UX & Product Designer who believes that everyone is deserving of enjoyable and delightful experiences in real life and in the digital world. I approach digital design with a people-first focus that is driven by the desire to help users succeed and inspire confidence in them.
With a background in critical thinking and creativity from my degree in English & Philosophy coupled with over a decade working directly with customers and 4+ years doing design within enterprise-level software, I bring the innate ability to understand the needs of the user and problem solve to find the best design solutions.
How I’ve Improved UX & Product Design:
UX Mobile Transformation
The Workforce Management product benefited from a full UX & UI transformation that I designed. This project involved stakeholder interviews, wireframes, prototypes, usability sessions and close-knit team collaboration.
Improvements in UI
After witnessing users struggle with aspects of UI, I worked on several enhancements to our system to improve the overall experience of viewing records as part of a table or list. These efforts involved PM and the framework team.
Leading & Mentoring
I’ve acted as a design team lead and mentored new designers as well as helped them integrate within the larger cross-collaboration ecosystem. This details my approach to fostering an engaged team dynamic.
